You will love this recipe because it isn’t your ordinary salad drizzle. Don’t be afraid of the anchovy fillets and don’t omit them! It’s the secret ingredient!
Green Goddess Dressing
Yield: 2 cups
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh minced parsley
1/4 cup fresh minces chives
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
3 anchovy fillets, rinsed, patted dry and finely minced
1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or more to taste
Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate any leftovers and use within 2 weeks.
